Is Vyuh free?
Free for employees, always. There is nothing to buy inside the app. Businesses pay for the manager console and support. Email us for a quote for your organisation.
How does clock-in verification work?
When an employee taps Clock in or Clock out, the app reads their location once and compares it with the site the shift belongs to. The result is recorded against that punch. Punches from outside the expected range are flagged for the manager to review.
Does the app track where staff are?
No. Location is read only at the moment of a punch and never in between. There is no background location, no route history and no tracking between shifts. This is a design rule, not a setting.
How do employees join?
Their manager invites them by email from the console. They install Vyuh, open the invitation, set a password and see their shifts. One app serves every employer, so someone with two jobs on Vyuh signs in once.
How does a business get started?
Email us. We set up your organisation's workspace and your first manager account, usually within a day. You then invite your team from the console.
Which phones does it run on?
Android today, as a direct download while the store listings are completed. Managers use the web console in any modern browser.
Where is the data stored, and who owns it?
Each employer has a separate database, hosted on AWS in the United States. The employer owns the data; Vyuh processes it on their behalf. Nothing is used for advertising or sold. Employees can request a copy or deletion of their data from the Help screen in the app. See the privacy policy.
